Role Overview:

Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of

  monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements

  , including quarterly results and annual accounts as per Ind AS.
• Review and finalization of

  subsidiary and group company financials

  , ensuring timely book closure in coordination with relevant unit teams.
• Ownership of

  audit schedules, documentation

  , and smooth coordination with statutory auditors for interim and year-end audits.
• Execution of

  group-level accounting automation projects

  aimed at process efficiency and reporting enhancement.
• Preparation of workings related to

  transfer pricing

  and related compliance requirements.
• Preparation of reports and schedules for

  treasury, investor relations, and company secretarial teams

  as per stakeholder requirements.
• Implementation and compliance with

  Schedule III and Ind AS amendments

  in financial reporting.
• Preparation and validation of internal MIS, decks, and reports for senior management and board reviews.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of

  Ind AS, Consolidation principles, and Schedule III

  requirements.
• Strong hands-on skills in

  Excel, SAP,

  with working knowledge of

  Power Point and Power BI

  preferred.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
