Position Summary

The Team Lead - Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of SSSI's digital marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership skills to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns, achievement of targets, and continuous optimization of our digital footprint. You will be instrumental in analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of data from platforms like Search Console, Ahrefs, Analytics, and SEMrush to derive actionable insights.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct regular GSC/SEMrush audits for SSSI, and other projects under the SSSI Marketing Umbrella to identify and fix issues. Lead keyword research for SSSI and other projects web blogs and web pages, ensuring content is optimized for search engines.
  • Target & Scorecard Management: Track and report on monthly digital marketing targets and achievements, including preparing and submitting monthly scorecards.
  • Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor lead trends and email journeys to identify best practices and opportunities.
  • SOP Development: Research and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital marketing processes.

Execution & Optimization

  • Website & Blog Management: Oversee and manage the upload and on-page changes for SSSI, and all other projects web blogs and webpages. Coordinate design changes for the websites.
  • Content & Creative Coordination: Manage content code approval and assignment processes. Coordinate with design and development teams for Core Web Vital improvements, design issues, feature implementations, and other technical fixes across various websites.
  • Paid Media Management: Create and manage Taboola Ads and oversee Google Ads (Display & Search) and Facebook Ads campaigns with proper reporting.
  • Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and delivery of Mailchimp emailers. Conduct email ID spam checks using Google Postmaster and manage email journey checks for competitors.
  • Link Building & Outreach: Conduct backlink audits using Ahrefs and SEMrush. Manage external agency tasks, updates, and backlink freelancers.
  • Social Media & Branding: Manage Whatsapp status/stories for the sales team. Work on increasing followers on Facebook and Instagram for SSSI and other brands.
  • Lead & Revenue Management: Oversee lead sheet marking and revenue calculations. Analyze leads for SSSI and other websites.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team.
  • Training & Onboarding: Conduct EQB training for new joiners and overall new joiner training sessions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct End-of-Day (EOD) checks for senior team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with the Sales team, Design/Development teams, and external agencies (including marketing agencies and Hubspot for CRM integration).
  • Project Management: Oversee the success project reporting and contribute to miscellaneous assignments as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with experience leading a team.
  • SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, AI Overviews and link building. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Content Marketing: Experience with content strategy, creation, and management, particularly for web blogs and landing pages.
  • Paid Media Proficiency: Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search & Display), Taboola, and Facebook Ads.
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Drip Campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp) and strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, team coordination, and external stakeholder management.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Postmaster, and various design/development coordination tools.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
