Location: Hyderabad


CTC: Rs.40,000/- to Rs.45,000/- per month


Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Whatsapp marketing etc.).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  1. E-Commerce Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including meechu.in, Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Website and UX Optimization:

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure the website is SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with current e-commerce trends.
  • Monitor and address technical issues promptly.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics across digital channels and e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Customer Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop strategies to engage customers through personalized email campaigns, loyalty programs, and remarketing efforts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
  1. Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to bring innovative ideas to the table.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web design is a plus.
