Role Summary

Area Sales Executive– General Trade

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales targets and GT expansion across Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema.
• Build and manage a network of distributors, sub-stockists, and retail partners.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and TSEs.
• Drive numeric and weighted distribution across channels (Pharmacies, Baby Stores, Kiranas and Super Markets outlets).
• Conduct regular beat plans, market visits, and reviews.
• Execute visibility, sampling, and trade marketing activities.
• Track secondary and tertiary sales with daily/weekly/monthly MIS.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of GT experience in FMCG/Surgical/Baby Care companies (2+ years as SO in Andhra Pradesh).
• Proven expertise in distributor handling, team management, and retail activation.
• Deep knowledge of Andhra Pradesh's GT market — especially Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli, Mangalore.
• Fluent in

  TELUGU

  (must); English preferred.
• Hands-on with reporting tools.
