Digital Marketing Executive with Calling Responsibilities   About Us: Job Summary: A results-oriented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive is sought to join the organisation. This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong communication and sales skills, including calling prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels and actively engaging with leads and customers through phone communication to drive business growth.  Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising. Generate and Nurture Leads through Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos. Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns to convert them into sales opportunities. Manage Social Media Presence: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, manage social media accounts, and monitor engagement metrics. Implement Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis. Website Optimization: Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) tasks such as keyword research, content optimization, and website audits to improve organic search rankings. Content Creation and Marketing : content creation using AI to produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital platformsand posting the same on social media. Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign data, including ROI and KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, to identify trends and optimize campaigns. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities using CRM software. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, digital marketing best practices, and search engine algorithm changes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and achieve shared goals.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Demonstrable experience with calling in a sales or lead generation context (e.g., telemarketing or call center experience). Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric attitude. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and strategies.  Experience in content creation using AI Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with CRM software. Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
