Role Description We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a crucial role in bridging development and operations, automating deployment processes, and ensuring our infrastructure scales reliably. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies and help shape our technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Automation Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Automate deployment processes and configuration management Monitor system performance and implement proactive scaling solutions Collaboration & Support Work closely with development teams to streamline deployment workflows Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support Document processes and maintain runbooks for operational procedures Security & Compliance Implement security best practices across development and deployment workflows Manage access controls and ensure compliance with industry standards Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Proficiency with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages Preferred Qualifications Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of database administration and optimisation Familiarity with security scanning tools and practices Previous experience in agile development environments Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Show more Show less
