Design & Project Delivery Manager – Interior Production Brand

About the Role: We are seeking a Design & Project Delivery Manager who brings the combined strengths of a design leader and execution specialist . You’ll play a critical role in validating, improving, and guiding interior design projects from client brief to final installation. This includes leading design refinement, translating concepts into production-ready outputs, and overseeing coordination across production, factory, and site execution. Your work ensures our B2B clients—architects, designers, and contractors—experience seamless and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership & Validation Review 2D/3D designs, material specs, and hardware details from clients. Provide technical design feedback, improvements, and alignment with production feasibility. Collaborate with internal design teams to finalize drawings, elevations, and BOQs. Ensure all design outputs are accurate, practical, and aligned with client vision. Client Communication & Design Coordination Act as the face of the project for architects, interior designers, and B2B clients. Communicate design changes, production constraints, and timelines effectively. Handle technical discussions, design clarifications, and approvals smoothly. Production & Factory Coordination Convert finalized designs into cutting lists, factory-ready files, and execution plans. Coordinate with factory teams to align capacity, material procurement, and scheduling. Ensure quality control at each step, from production to pre-dispatch checks. Site Execution Oversight Oversee site measurements, readiness checks, installation planning, and team allocation. Solve issues on-site during installation and maintain client satisfaction. Ensure projects are completed on time, as per approved design, and within quality benchmarks. Team Management & Internal Alignment Lead and support a cross-functional team including designers, production coordinators, and site supervisors. Assign responsibilities, review progress, and ensure aligned delivery goals. Mentor junior designers and maintain high technical design standards. Reporting & Process Optimization Maintain documentation, dashboards, and trackers for ongoing projects. Monitor KPIs related to design accuracy, delivery timelines, and quality. Continuously suggest process improvements to reduce rework and improve speed. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in interior design and execution project management. Strong understanding of modular production systems, design detailing, and materials. Experience leading design teams and refining client concepts into production-ready formats. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel; familiarity with project workflow tools. Excellent client communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills. Nice to Have: Experience in modular/factory-backed production environments. Exposure to job-work execution models with architects and interior firms.
