What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

- Experience in digital marketing strategy across Paid, Product, Ecommerce, Content, Search (SEM/SEO), CRO Strategies, Social Media, Web Analytics, UI + UX management, Web/Mobile/App optimization and advisory services in other digital streams
- At least 12+ years managerial experience
- Management reporting experience

- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience

- Successful delivery of digital & CRM projects with primary focus on brand/project KPIs, and maintain project management discipline.
- Digital operations, account management and production team, establish goals.
- Lead and mentor development of digital ideas and innovations
- Working with a team across multiple geographies, entities, cultures and time zones
- Solve the business problems in digital marketing (lead generation/sales/acquisition/branding, etc.) by collaborating with solution teams to build the final set of recommendations
