As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Creative Manager to help us tell our story and connect with health-conscious consumers across India. The Opportunity: Are you a hands-on, visionary creative leader with a passion for wellness and natural products? We're seeking a Creative Manager to not only lead the creative development and execution of the Toyo Kombucha brand but also to build our entire creative function from the ground up. This is a unique and thrilling opportunity to define our creative roadmap, execute early campaigns, and lay the foundation for a scalable creative department in a rapidly growing healthy beverage category. You'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual identity and voice, driving consumer engagement through compelling content, and expanding our market presence across India. What You'll Do:Build the Creative Function: Be the sole creative professional initially , responsible for all creative activities. Define and implement the initial creative strategy, processes, and tools required to launch and scale our brand's visual and content presence. As we grow, identify future creative talent needs and participate in building out a high-performing creative team. Brand Identity & Creative Development: Establish and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging) across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, digital assets, marketing collateral, and in-store displays. Craft compelling brand narratives and key messages that resonate with health-conscious consumers, highlighting the benefits of kombucha and our organic ingredients through various creative mediums. Develop and refine Toyo Kombucha's unique visual language and storytelling approach. Work closely with product development to ensure new flavor launches and product innovations have seamless and impactful creative integration. Integrated Content Creation & Design: Independently plan, conceptualize, create, execute, and oversee all creative assets for marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media content, digital ads, influencer marketing visuals, email templates, e-commerce graphics, PR visuals, in-store activations). Lead the design and visual optimization of our online presence, including our website, social media profiles, and e-commerce platform listings (Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Oversee the development and management of all creative budgets and resource allocation. Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, freelancers, and vendors as needed, acting as the primary creative point of contact. Creative Strategy & Performance: Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insights to identify visual trends, content opportunities, and effective creative approaches in the health beverage market. Monitor and analyze key creative performance metrics, including visual engagement, content resonance, click-through rates on visual ads, and overall brand perception influenced by creative assets. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies and content for maximum impact and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary brand and creative advocate, fostering a strong brand-first mindset across the organization. Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure cohesive market strategies and visually appealing product launches. What You'll Bring: Experience: 3-8+ years of progressive experience in creative direction, content creation, visual design, or brand marketing with a strong creative focus, preferably within the FMCG, food & beverage, healthy snacks, or wellness product industries. Crucially, you must have experience building and executing creative strategies largely independently or as part of a very lean team. Startup Mindset: You're a self-starter, highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment where you wear multiple hats. Creative Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective creative strategies and produce compelling visual and written content that drives business results from scratch. Hands-On Execution: Proven capability to not just strategize but also to personally create content, manage visual assets for social media, design digital ads, and oversee day-to-day creative operations. Digital Savvy: Strong understanding and practical experience with digital marketing channels, e-commerce visuals, social media content trends, and analytical tools to measure creative performance. Artistic Eye: Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, graphic design, photography, and video to create impactful brand communications. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion: A genuine interest in healthy living, natural products, and the kombucha category, with a desire to translate that passion into engaging creative work.
