Location : Mumbai (Bandra) Experience : 4 to 6 years Work Model: Full-time | Roster-based (24/7 support model) Travel: Occasional (for cloud initiatives, conferences, or training) The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and managing AWS infrastructure and DevOps setup , along with the ability to delegate and distribute tasks effectively within the team. Key Responsibilities Architect, deploy, automate, and manage AWS-based production systems. Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and reliability of cloud environments. Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple cloud applications and platforms. Design, implement, and maintain tools to automate operational processes. Provide operational support and engineering assistance for cloud-related issues and deployments. Lead platform security initiatives in collaboration with development and security teams. Define, maintain, and improve policies and standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices. Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to identify and deliver continuous improvements. Mentor junior team members, manage workloads, and ensure timely task execution. Required Technical Skills Cloud & AWS Services Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services including: Compute & Networking: EC2, VPC, VPN, EKS, Lambda Storage & CDN: S3, CloudFront Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, SNS Data & Analytics: Kinesis, RedShift, EMR DevOps Services: CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, ECR Other Services: Route53, AWS Organizations DevOps & Tooling Experience with tools like: CI/CD & IaC: Terraform, FluxCD Security & Monitoring: Prisma Cloud, SonarQube, Site24x7 API & Gateway Management: Kong Preferred Qualifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional Experience in managing or mentoring cross-functional teams Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures is a plus Show more Show less
