Job Title: Chartered Accountant – GST Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Experience: 3+ Years Post Qualification Salary: ₹10–15 LPA (Based on experience and expertise) Industry: Fintech Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with over 3 years of post-qualification experience specializing in GST and Legal Compliance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end GST operations, litigation handling, advisory support, and ensuring overall compliance with indirect tax laws. A strong grasp of tax interpretation, drafting skills, and regulatory know-how is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage GST compliance including GSTR filings, reconciliation, and annual returns. Handle GST audits, assessments, and notices from authorities. Provide advisory support on GST implications for business transactions and contracts. Represent the company before GST departments for litigation and hearings. Draft legal responses, appeals, and advisory memos on indirect tax matters. Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure tax-efficient structuring and compliance. Work on automation and process improvements in the GST function. Requirements: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in GST and indirect taxation. Strong understanding of GST laws, departmental processes, and litigation framework. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) for tax reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret laws and regulations and draft legal documents professionally. Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools. Preferred: Exposure to corporate law or allied legal domains.
