Job Title: Chartered Accountant – GST (Return Filing & GST Notices) Location: Nagpur Experience: 3+ Years Salary: ₹14 – ₹15 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with a specialization in Goods and Services Tax (GST) to join our team in Nagpur . The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in GST return filing and handling GST-related notices and assessments . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner. Manage and respond to GST departmental notices , audits, and inquiries effectively. Analyze GST data and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), turnover, and taxes paid across systems. Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure compliance with GST regulations. Keep up to date with changes in GST laws and regulations , and advise the management on their impact. Handle GST audits and assessments, prepare necessary documentation, and represent the organization before tax authorities when required. Identify potential areas of risk and suggest corrective measures to mitigate exposure. Maintain detailed and organized records of all GST-related transactions and communications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant GST experience . In-depth knowledge of GST laws, return filing procedures, and compliance requirements . Experience in handling GST notices, audits, and assessments . Proficient in Excel , GSTN portal , and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
