Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements per IRDAI & Ind AS guidelines
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate recognition of premiums, claims, and commissions
• Manage audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (IRDAI, GST, IT)
• Handle reinsurance accounting and reconciliations
• Support claim reserving and actuarial data analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Requirements:

• Qualified CA with 2–5 years’ experience (preferably in general insurance)
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IRDAI norms, and insurance accounting
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
