Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Creators Gram. This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • New Business Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and research potential brand clients across various industries that would benefit from influencer marketing services.
  • Generate new leads through a variety of channels including cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new clients during the initial onboarding phase and transition to account management.
  • Understand client business goals and challenges to position Creators Gram's solutions effectively.


  • Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and differentiate Creators Gram's offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives.


  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, talent management, and campaign execution teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful campaign delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent Creators Gram at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or media industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and digital advertising concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
