Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries who require branding, digital marketing, content creation, or performance marketing services.
  • Pitching & Presentations:

  • Craft customized proposals and pitch decks; lead client presentations that effectively communicate our agency’s value proposition.
  • Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build and manage strategic alliances that contribute to the agency’s business growth and visibility.
  • Pipeline & Sales Management:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes — from prospecting to closing — using CRM tools to track progress and performance.
  • Revenue Ownership:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring healthy pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities.
  • Brand Representation:

  • Represent the agency at events, industry panels, and networking opportunities to boost visibility and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of business development experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of agency services including branding, digital marketing, content, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.
  • Existing network of potential clients or brand partners.
  • Understanding of campaign metrics, KPIs, and performance-led marketing.
