Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Intern to join our team and support our growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Support the team in generating leads through email outreach and other research-based methods. Sales & Business Development Support Assist in developing strategies to target new markets and customer segments. Support the team in creating presentations and pitch decks for prospective clients. Client Interaction & Relationship Building Participate in introductory calls and meetings with potential clients under guidance. Help maintain strong communication with prospects and support relationship-building efforts. Sales Strategy & Analysis Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Help track sales activities and contribute to performance reporting. CRM & Data Management Update and manage client data in the CRM system to ensure information accuracy. Assist in preparing reports and summaries on sales and outreach performance. Learning & Development Attend training sessions, webinars, and team meetings to learn best practices in sales and business development. Shadow senior team members to understand various sales techniques and client engagement strategies. Preferred Skills Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Educational Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Why Join Us?
