About Us:

What You’ll Do:


Prospect & Generate Leads:

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead‑generation platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.) to build and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Perform targeted cold‑calling and email outreach to qualify prospects


Engage & Nurture:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions
  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships through the sales cycle


Collaborate & Close:

  • Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and content support
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and negotiate win‑win agreements
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis


Track & Report:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) of all activities, calls, and meetings
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast reports to leadership


What We’re Looking For:


Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a services or SaaS environment


Tools & Platforms:

  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with at least one other lead‑generation tool (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LeadIQ)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline


Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Confident on cold calls, video calls, and in-person meetings


Skills & Traits:

  • Hunter mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
