Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lucknow | Full-Time
Experience Level: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development

As we expand across the country, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to be at the forefront of this journey.

Role Purpose:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth in India’s retail, hospitality, and trading segments. You’ll build strong client relationships, conduct product demos, close subscription deals, and bring valuable market feedback to influence our product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach:
  • Research and identify potential clients; execute high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Product Demonstrations:

Deliver impactful online and on-site product demos to showcase NTPL unique value proposition.

  • Proposal & Negotiation:

Draft customized proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage contracts to closure. Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM; prepare weekly sales forecasts and activity reports. Work with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns, share customer feedback with Product, and coordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding. Monitor and forecast monthly/quarterly revenue targets and identify gaps early to course-correct. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies. Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive improvements in sales strategy and product development.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
