Uttar Pradesh State Head

The State Head is responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and team leadership across the assigned state. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, sales, and operational experience to manage end-to-end business activities, ensure achievement of targets, and represent the company in key state-level engagements.

Experience with key management systems (e.g., AWS KMS, Thales, Azure Key Vault), including configuring encryption policies, managing cryptographic keys, and securing sensitive financial data.

Familiarity with financial system controls, including record locking, data encryption, and audit-compliant access management using key-based security systems

Hands-on experience in locking financial periods, securing journal entries, and applying user access controls in systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or QuickBooks

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Establish, Manage Relationships & Engagement with the Distributor & ASM

● Oversight of team – organises resources, sets goals, calls out strategy to ASM on aday-to-day basis● Managing day-to-day sales targets

● Build strong relationship with the sales team by growing to ensure operationalcohesion & effective sales foundation for future growth

● Taking weekly and monthly calls with Distributor & ASM

● Market billings through FOS

● Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives

● Coach & mentor Team lead so that they can manage their teams better

● Hiring of Manager,ASM and ZSMEducation & Experience

● Essential Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate

● Desirable Qualifications: English and Hindi language proficiency

● Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Regional or Zonal sales

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Strong comprehensive and analytical abilities

● Software Knowledge: Excel, Google Sheet & Powerpoint

● Managing & measuring work● Travelling across the state is mandatory

Preference : Telecom Sector (Experience Required - Locking Keys Software)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
