Business Analyst - GCC Operation

Role: Business Analyst - GCC Operation

Experience: 2+ Years

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead and support large-scale
CRM migration projects
, including end-to-end delivery from legacy platforms to
Microsoft Dynamics 365
, managing workflows for
over 90% of total customer volume
.
Work on
Group Company Integration Framework
connecting banking, securities, and lending systems via
100+ APIs
, ensuring seamless cross-product data flow and service continuity.
Design and implement multiple operational frameworks in
iCRM
, including:
Round robin assignment
Case extract automation
OCR integration for document digitization
Maker-checker workflows
Signature capture
Status tracking, C360 data sync
Query Management System (QMS)
Migrate and optimize
high-volume service requests
, including
Re-KYC and demographic updates
, integrated with multiple account source systems.
Manage the
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
lifecycle, tracking bugs and production issues using
Azure DevOps
, while generating
aging reports
and ensuring prioritization of enhancements.
Lead the migration of
50+ digital customer service requests
from iMobile and Retail Internet Banking to iCRM to enhance self-service capabilities.
Oversee the successful transition of
100+ customer complaint types
into iCRM, improving resolution tracking and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate the migration of
customer documents into Omnidocs
, ensuring secure and compliant document management aligned with audit and operational needs.
