Role Description

Senior Blockchain Developer

You’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing blockchain-powered solutions that will support real-time applications, NFT integrations, and decentralized ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  smart contracts

  , especially for

  Polygon (EVM-compatible)

  environments.
• Build robust and gas-efficient decentralized applications (dApps) integrating with the Polygon network.
• Architect scalable on-chain/off-chain infrastructure supporting core business logic.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and frontend apps.
• Participate in code reviews, security audits, and performance optimization for smart contracts.
• Conduct R&D on emerging blockchain tools, protocols, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and development patterns.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold best practices in blockchain development.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years

  of total development experience with

  at least 5 years

  in blockchain engineering.
• Expertise in

  Solidity

  for smart contract development with deployed contracts on Polygon, Ethereum, or BSC.
• Experience building and deploying dApps on

  Polygon

  , with a deep understanding of the PoS and zkEVM chains.
• Proficient with

  Hardhat

  ,

  Remix

  ,

  Truffle

  , and blockchain libraries like

  Ethers.js

  and

  Web3.js

  .
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus, cryptography, and transaction lifecycle.
• Familiarity with

  ERC standards

  (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and tokenomics design.
• Ability to write secure, gas-optimized smart contracts and conduct or understand contract audits.
• Experience working with

  Metamask
