We are seeking a BIM Architect with strong architectural design understanding and advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models throughout the design and documentation phases, collaborating with architects, engineers, and BIM technicians to deliver coordinated and clash-free models.
o Develop and manage BIM models (LOD 100–400) for architectural projects in Revit.
o Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure a fully integrated model.
o Prepare architectural drawings, details, schedules, and construction documents using BIM tools.
o Conduct clash detection and resolve inter-disciplinary issues using tools like Navisworks.
o Support design and documentation efforts across project phases: schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
o Work with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure BIM execution aligns with project goals.
o Maintain project BIM standards, templates, and families in coordination with the BIM Manager.
o Assist in setting up project-specific BEPs (BIM Execution Plans) and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.
o Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
o 3+ years of experience in BIM-based architectural workflows
o Proficient in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
o Knowledge of LOD standards, clash detection, and coordination
o Experience with international (especially US/Canada) projects preferred
o Strong grasp of building systems and construction detailing
o Good communication and teamwork skills
o Knowledge of Lumion, Enscape or other visualization tools.
o Familiarity with COBie, IFC workflows, or ISO 19650 standards.
o Experience with scan-to-BIM, 4D/5D BIM, or data-rich BIM models.
o Support the preparation of architectural drawings and 3D models in Revit.
o Assist in creating BIM models for various project phases – concept, design development, and construction documentation.
o Coordinate with senior architects and BIM managers for project deliverables.
o Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and version control.
o Learn and follow international codes and standards (especially North American).
o Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and basic BIM-related tasks.
o Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
o Basic knowledge of Revit Architecture and other BIM tools.
o Strong understanding of architectural design fundamentals.
o Good communication and teamwork skills.
o Eagerness to learn and adapt to international project workflows.
o Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.
o Basic understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
o Awareness of sustainable design or green building concepts.
o Familiarity with clash detection tools like Navisworks.
o Knowledge of international building codes (US/Canada) – even at a basic lev
