Location: Work from office , Indore

Experience: 1-3 years in sales/business development (digital marketing preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a result- oriented, self- driven and motivated candidate to join our dynamic and growing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring clients, generating new business opportunities and promoting our core services – PR, Digital marketing and Influencer marketing through calls, meeting, email and reaching them through different social media platforms. You’ll play a key role in scaling our business through, solution-based selling, and effective collaboration with internal teams and generating leads for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to showcase our services.
  • Effectively communicate the value of services such as PR, SEO, Paid Ads, and Influencer Marketing to clients.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, to define targeting strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support lead generation.
  • Maintain client data, sales report records, track progress, and prepare reports for ongoing projects.
  • Support B2B lead generation and follow-up process.
  • Create proposals and impactful presentations for client needs.
  • Address client queries and give solutions to their problem.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Doing market research and making business strategy accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing and Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales and client acquisition – preferably in digital marketing or influencer marketing.
  • Good communication skills, problem solving, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS- Office Suite, CRM Tools, and Social Media Platforms.
  • Target driven mindset, self – motivated and can work independently.
