Job Details (JD) for

QA Automation senior tester will be responsible for Automation as well as Quality Assurance for projects (1 or more projects) across different clients. He/She will establish project priorities and manage the activities of the QA Automation within the team, delivering each project in a timely manner, ensuring quality, performance and conformance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• · Work with QA leadership team to achieve project level automation deliveries.
• · Well verse with testing concepts ( functional, regression , sanity) and QA life cycle.
• · Good exposure around manual testing
• · Automation project plan/strategy development and establishing automation milestones
• · Develop and Execute Automation metrics and Dashboards
• · Co-ordination with Project management, development, , QA and UAT teams to ensure delivering with high quality and timely manner
• · Tracking automation project status and ensuring project adhere to quality, schedule
• · Communicating automation project status to all stakeholders
• · Team leading skills in terms of pro activeness, communication and contributions
• ·Review current automation code standards and quality. Identify, Improve and Implement appropriate techniques to match project needs
• · Ensure automation code reusability, scalability, robustness and flexibility with respect to design
• · Reduce automation maintenance effort and increase efficiency and ROI
• · Explore automation testing using CICD pipeline in an efficient manner
• · Make test data, automate test cases and test execution for applications

Qualifications and Skills:

• · Bachelor in computer science, Engineer or equivalent degree.
• · 12+ years of relevant experience in automation and manual testing.
• · Experience is developing automation framework (Data or Key driven)
• · Experience with testing APIs, often using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
• · Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools like JMeter.
• · Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for verifying data integrity.
