Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Digital Campaign Management :

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Track and report performance KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPC, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Support in managing SEO & SEM strategies for better visibility and rankings.

2. Content & Communication :

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop campaign assets (ad copies, landing pages, emailers, etc).
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across digital platforms.
  • Contribute to blog strategy, newsletters, and other content initiatives.

3. Marketing Automation & CRM :

  • Assist in managing email campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etcs.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows and CRM integration efforts.
  • Help maintain clean and up-to-date marketing lists and segmentation.

4. Analytics & Reporting :

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad managers to track and report performance.
  • Provide insights for A/B testing, budget allocation, and content performance.

5. Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Product) to align campaigns with business goals
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required


Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieid
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, email marketing platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
