Asst. Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing initiatives and help drive growth across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns while collaborating with creative and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and digital ad metrics
• Collaborate with content and design teams for social media and email marketing
• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media ads
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Bonus Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or WordPress
• Google Ads or Meta Certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
