Senior Manager/ Associate Director,

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level, depending on the individual's experience and expertise. The final designation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, career progression, and overall suitability for the responsibilities outlined in the role.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and niche positions.

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to top talent.

• Optimize sourcing strategies using advanced recruitment tools, social media, and talent networks.

• Oversee and enhance the candidate experience to improve engagement and retention.

• Monitor and analyse hiring metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and job boards.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies in all hiring activities.

• Coach and mentor the talent acquisition team to improve performance and effectiveness.


This may be the right role for you if you have:

• Experience: 15+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in strategic hiring for technical roles (IT Roles).

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) are an added advantage.

• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills with senior management and business leaders.

• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR analytics, and AI-driven recruitment tools.

• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Employer Branding & Talent Engagement: Experience in building talent pipelines and managing recruitment campaigns.

• Market Intelligence: Knowledge of hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis.

• Operational Ownership: Drive daily recruitment operations, ensuring business unit-specific hiring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, set clear performance goals, and foster continuous skill development.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with BU heads, hiring managers, and TAPD to align on workforce planning and critical hiring needs.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, campus programs, and agencies.

• Reporting & Compliance: Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) while ensuring adherence to compliance standards
