Key Role Expectations Should have strong understanding of the US Banking and Trust domain to anticipate business needs and drive relevant technology solutions Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations of modern technology platforms especially AWS: including cloud migration, API-led architectures, data modernization, and enterprise application transformation. Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled at driving end-to-end delivery - from strategy and roadmap development to execution and adoption - ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment. Experienced in managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and delivering high-impact outcomes within budget and timelines. Build strong relationships with US counterparts to enable seamless collaboration and strategic alignment. Gain deep insights into Technology strategy, ensure proactive engagement and delivery excellence. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and plan sponsor/participant expectations to inform strategic decisions and innovation opportunities. Drive human capital planning by forecasting talent needs, shaping workforce strategy, and aligning skills with future business and technology demands. Implement structured career development plans, succession pipelines, and leadership grooming programs to retain and grow top talent. Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement. Evaluate and optimize technology investments to maximize business value. Drive cost efficiency and operational excellence through effective resource utilization, automation, and streamlined delivery models. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing processes, increasing agility, and enabling higher productivity across teams Will be responsible for to handle direct & indirect talent of 60 to 100 people in multiple locations. Reporting Relationship This position reports to: Director - Engineering Direct Reports: Senior Consultants (Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects, etc.) Qualifications Graduate in any stream. Prefer MBA in Finance/Technology. Indicative years of experience: 18 - 23 years in Technology with minimum 2 years of performing the role expectations.
