Associate - CEO Office

What You'll Do:

As the Associate - CEO Office, you will be a critical extension of the CEO's reach, playing a pivotal role in optimizing their effectiveness and ensuring strategic alignment across various functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer & External Communication Management:

  • Craft and manage customer-facing communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Proactively follow up on customer communications, ensuring all inquiries and discussions are addressed comprehensively.
  • Manage the CEO's LinkedIn presence, including drafting and scheduling posts, engaging with relevant content, and leveraging the platform for strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Strategic Meeting & Travel Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to strategically plan and coordinate customer and partner meetings, especially during the CEO's travel, to maximize time efficiency and impact.
  • Data & Performance Tracking:

  • Implement and maintain systems for tracking key performance data across all teams and managers, focusing on input, output, and impact metrics to provide actionable insights to the CEO.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a central point of contact and representative for the CEO across internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and efficient resolution of cross-functional matters.


What You'll Bring:

  • An

    MBA degree from a reputed university

    is essential.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience

    in a consulting role, a product-based startup, or a prior Chief of Staff or CEO Office position.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to draft professional and impactful communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and present key metrics.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
