We do this by empowering everyone in the team author test cases using plain English statements and run the tests across thousands of browsers and devices. Requirements 2-6 years of Pre-sales experience working with B2B SaaS companies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and events. Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS platform. Customize product demonstrations to align with customer-specific use cases and objectives. Respond to technical inquiries from potential clients and address any concerns or objections. Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements. Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral. Provide input to the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends. Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our SaaS platform. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Stay informed about competitors and market trends in the SaaS industry.
