Job Title: Assistant Vice President | AI Product Success & GTM Leader Location: Noida / Gurgaon Department: Enterprise AI and Advanced Technologies Reports To: Vice President / Senior AVP Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and execution-driven female leader to join our Enterprise AI and Advanced Technologies team as an AI Product Success & GTM Leader. This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our AI-powered solutions, ensuring seamless alignment across CXO stakeholders, Business Heads, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product lifecycle management, AI/ML technologies, and customer success strategy. She should excel in communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, value-driven narrative tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring ownership of pre- and post-launch communication plans, product evangelism, adoption strategies, and customer experience metrics such as retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GTM Execution: Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for AI products and features—from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering to deeply understand AI capabilities, outputs, and limitations, and with CXO offices, Business Heads, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Value Messaging: Translate AI/ML innovations into differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning strategies tailored to target personas and industries.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Define, track, and optimize GTM and success metrics across the full customer lifecycle—including acquisition, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Design and implement onboarding journeys, training materials, town halls, product demos, and communications to drive product adoption and internal/external user engagement.
- Feedback Loop Ownership: Create and manage continuous feedback loops from customers, usage analytics, and market signals to iterate GTM and product approaches.
- Post-Launch Engagement: Drive structured customer engagement programs that encourage expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term retention of AI products. Success Metrics (KPIs):

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Technical Postgraduate Degree preferred)
- Experience: o 09-12 years of experience in Product Strategy, GTM, Product Marketing, or Customer Success in technology-driven environments o Minimum 2 years of direct experience with AI, ML, or data-driven products o Proven track record of successful product launches and customer adoption programs. Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading AI product rollouts in enterprise environments
- Exposure to customer journey mapping, user training programs, and feedback analytics
- Ability to manage change and drive adoption through structured communication and engagement campaigns
