Genpact has a vacancy for a Delivery Lead in its expanding Digital Delivery Group to support global customers. Genpact’s Digital COE is rapidly growing and looking for new talent to lead the delivery and lead a variety of exciting and rewarding projects. This is a diverse role that offers an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to grow their career in the Professional Services organisation of Genpact.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our group who is capable to Lead a delivery program of several customers that drive productivity and client satisfaction. We are searching for team players with skills and experience that can complement and enhance the existing team here at Genpact with their positive approach to work, can do attitude and their friendly and enthusiastic personality. We’re in need of self-motivated, outgoing and results driven professionals who are eager to take their careers to new levels.
The successful candidate will have vast experience delivering enterprise technology implementations that transform client’s landscape by leveraging digital tools. This person needs to be capable of Lead project managers, mentor them and help them with different delivery challenges. Candidate must be capable of driving progress, inspiring change, influencing transformation discussion and know how to facilitate client through a pragmatic decision-making process.
Managing Digital Delivery programs, taking ownership of all aspects of program management role, such as governance, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communication with the customer and Genpact leadership.
Establish, maintain and review operational procedures in the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring their accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
