Job Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Assistant Manager for Solar Division . The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Additional duties include supervising production processes, maintaining quality standards, and implementing efficiency strategies. Roles and Responsibilities Preparation of Tender Supporting Documents Site Execution Review Inspection and Review of On-Site Documentation Review at Net metering Work Structure BOM and drawing review Review of Net Metering Work, BOM, and Drawings Structural Quality Inspection Liaison with Government Officers and Private Clients Review of executed work Follow-up on pending payments with officers Development of new suppliers for solar components Training and mentoring of junior team members Appointment of Sub contractor Review of Civil Work Calculations Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation Prior to Procurement Preparation and Review of Bill of Materials (BOM) for Sites Procurement of Solar Equipment and Consumables Appointment and Management of Subcontractors Material Inspection upon Receipt at Factory and Site Inspection Scheduling and Dispatch Planning Rate negotiations and issuance of Work Orders (WO) with contractors Site Visit Qualifications B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical and Civil) preferred Experience in Solar Industry preferred Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Leadership & Team Mentoring Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking Time Management & Prioritization Client Relationship Management Negotiation & Persuasion Adaptability & Flexibility Decision Making Under Pressure Attention to Detail Conflict Resolution Show more Show less
