With over 1200 employees and four factories, Pinkcity Jewelhouse is experiencing rapid growth in contract manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to be an early member of a team that will build small, impactful AI-powered tools to augment our existing systems and streamline various business processes.

Key Skills:

 * Identify and analyze complex business processes within our manufacturing operations that can be enhanced or automated using AI and machine learning.

 * Design, develop, and implement custom AI-powered tools and scripts to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making across production, supply chain, and quality control.

 * Collaborate closely with production, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.

 * Integrate new tools seamlessly with existing data sources and systems, including ERPNext.

 * Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies, models, and methodologies to continuously improve our automation capabilities and identify new opportunities for innovation.

 * Contribute to building a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making within the company.

Technologies You'll Work With:

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in:

 * Programming Languages: Python (essential), with deep experience in libraries for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy), machine learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and automation frameworks.

 * AI/ML Concepts: Practical understanding and application of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP) for text analysis, predictive analytics.

 * Computer Vision: Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV and object detection models such as YOLO (You Only Look Once) for applications in quality control, inventory management, or process monitoring.

 * Data Handling: SQL for robust database interaction, and experience with APIs for seamless system integration.

 * IoT Devices: Experience working with IoT devices, data ingestion, and leveraging IoT data for analysis and automation.

 * Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI solutions and data pipelines is a significant plus.

 * Automation Tools: Familiarity with process automation tools and understanding how to connect AI models to automate workflows.

Who You Are:

 * You have a proven track record of building practical, impactful solutions that solve real-world business problems.

 * You're a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

 * You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

 * Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage but it's not a must
