Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and high levels of satisfaction.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Oversight:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather detailed job requirements and lead internal recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates on time and within scope.
  • Candidate Screening & Coordination:

  • Oversee candidate sourcing and screening processes using ATS systems, phone interviews, and recruiter collaboration to ensure quality matches with client needs.
  • Onboarding & Compliance:

  • Manage onboarding logistics post-candidate selection, ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, and timely start dates for new hires.
  • Client Escalation Handling:

  • Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or escalations, maintaining transparency and fostering strong client trust.
  • Client Retention & Growth:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and follow-ups, while identifying upselling opportunities and additional service needs.
  • Talent Strategy & Gap Analysis:

  • Perform talent mapping and workforce assessments for client organizations to identify skills gaps and propose innovative solutions like redeployment or supplemental staffing.
  • Cross-functional Team Leadership:

  • Guide and support internal recruitment teams to meet client demands, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    Account Management

    ,

    Customer Success

    , or a

    Client Services

    role, ideally within staffing or consulting.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with recruitment, operations, and legal/compliance teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
