We Are Hiring: Academic Admission Counsellor 📍 Location : Andheri & Thane (1 Position at Each Location) 💼 Position Type : Full-Time 💰 Salary Range : ₹3.00 – ₹4.20 LPA (based on experience and performance) About the Role: We are seeking dynamic, driven, and student-focused professionals to join our Admissions Team as Academic Admission Counsellors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and student success, and who thrive in a high-performance, target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Engagement & Counseling Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students to understand their academic goals and match them with appropriate programs. Offer expert advice on career prospects and admissions eligibility. 2. End-to-End Admissions Management Handle the complete admissions cycle—from lead generation and nurturing, application review, to enrollment—ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding experience. 3. Outreach & Brand Building Plan and execute academic seminars, career guidance sessions, webinars, and orientation programs to strengthen outreach and enhance brand visibility in the education space. 4. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with internal departments (academic, operations, finance) for timely verification of student documents, fee processing, and schedule alignment. 5. CRM and Lead Management Use CRM tools like LeadSquared or Zoho to track student inquiries, manage follow-ups, and ensure real-time updates on admissions pipeline status. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Maintain comprehensive records, generate regular reports on conversion metrics, and proactively recommend process enhancements to improve enrollment performance. 7. Market Intelligence Keep abreast of competitive offerings, changing student needs, and evolving education trends to refine counseling strategies and marketing messages. Key Skills & Competencies 1. Proven expertise in Student Counseling & Career Mentorship 2. Hands-on experience with CRM and Admissions Tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.) 3. Strong verbal and written communication with a persuasive and empathetic approach 4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet strict deadlines 5. Solid presentation skills with experience in event facilitation 6. Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities 7. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ideal Candidate Profile 1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education sales 2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, ) 3. Energetic personality with a student-first mindset 4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during admission peaks 5.
