Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Onboarding Intern to support our vendor management and procurement processes. This intern will play a key role in onboarding new vendors, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors and subcontractors. Enter and update vendor information in internal databases and systems. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding workflows. Track onboarding status and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion. Help maintain up-to-date vendor records and contract files. Support compliance and audit readiness by ensuring documentation completeness and accuracy. Assist with reporting and metrics related to vendor performance and onboarding timelines. Participate in process improvement initiatives related to vendor management. Qualifications: Graduate in any Stream / currently in Final year. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
