Title: Technical Lead-App Development

Description:

Area(s) of responsibility

Proficient in developing and supporting enterprise-level web applications using J2EE technologies.
Troubleshooting production issues raised by end users to restore normal functioning.
Provide assistance in fixing the user issues.
Validate, maintain and monitor the production applications, services
Coordinate with different systems to implement changes to the application in production
Report application issues with relevant vendors and implement fix.
Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment
Work with offshore team on production monitoring of applications.
Provide guidance, assistance and mentoring support to junior team members
Maintain ownership of issues until resolution, drive other teams as needed, set customer expectations accordingly.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
