Overview

The Team Leader (Real Estate) plays a critical role in guiding and managing a team of real estate professionals to achieve collective organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of real estate agents by setting clear performance goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
