Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for internal roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer closure
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor networks
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports on time-to-hire, pipeline status, and source effectiveness
• Ensure seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
• Coordinate and support HR activities such as documentation, onboarding, and compliance checks
• Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in internal hiring or corporate HR
• Proven track record of handling multiple open roles across business functions (eCommerce/BFSI/Sales/Operations preferred)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment with tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools/ATS
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
