Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Indore. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. They will also manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and develop effective hiring strategies. Additional tasks include maintaining applicant databases, conducting background checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective hiring strategies and collaborate with hiring managers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the Proptech or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
