Position: Warehouse Executive Location: 2D Dhanakodi Raja Street, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai – 600032 Key Responsibilities: Accurately record all stock movements (receipts, issues, and transfers) in the WMS or ERP system. Maintain updated inventory records including product codes, SKUs, batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage locations. Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery challans. Inspect for damages, shortages, or discrepancies during unloading. Reconcile physical stock with system records during regular stock audits. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely vehicle scheduling and loading. Maintain documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, and other warehouse-related forms. Generate daily and weekly stock and movement reports for internal and management review. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to SOPs for documentation and compliance. Communicate with the warehouse team for real-time updates and to resolve data issues. Report any discrepancies, damages, or system issues promptly. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics data entry roles preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse management software (WMS/ERP). Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. English language proficiency is mandatory.
