Job Description

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle ERP functional configurations. Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Order Management (OM), Pricing, Subscription Management, and Product Information Management (PIM). Collaborate closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements. Develop and validate reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Work with business stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve functional issues, and ensure smooth operations. Participate in testing cycles, end-user training, and documentation efforts. Provide post-implementation support, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements. Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and standards throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Strong functional and technical expertise in the following Oracle Fusion modules - Order Management (OM), Pricing, Subscription Management, Product Information Management (PIM) Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). Familiarity with XML Publisher for report customization.
