We are looking for a skilled Oracle Consultant to join our on-site team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, particularly in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Order Management modules. This role involves analyzing business processes, implementing Oracle-based solutions, and ensuring optimal performance of enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and support Oracle EPM and Order Management modules. Analyze and map business processes to Oracle applications. Provide expert consulting on Oracle Applications to meet business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and optimization. Identify and troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Document business requirements, system design, and configuration changes. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for end-users. Stay up-to-date with Oracle product updates and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Applications. Strong expertise in Oracle EPM and Order Management modules. Solid understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and project management. Proven experience in consulting and client-facing roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus. Oracle certifications in relevant modules. Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for querying Oracle databases.
