Key Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled IT & Non IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT & Non IT professionals to fill various technical and Non technical positions within our organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.


Responsibilities:


  • Source and attract IT & Non-IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of IT & Non-IT professionals for current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record as an IT & Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and requirements across IT & Non-IT roles (e.g., programming languages, software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, sales, marketing, etc.).
  • Expertise in technical stacks such as .Net / ASP.Net WebForms / MS SQL, AI marketing, sales, channel partners, and international implementation skillsets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
