Sr. Executive - Design (Architecture)

If yes, this role with Viceroy Properties brings you opportunity of Sr. Executive - Design (Architecture) to develop innovative architectural solutions for residential luxury high-rise projects. Working under the guidance of senior architects and project managers, you’ll contribute to the conceptualization, drafting, and execution of plans that align with Viceroy’s vision, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.  Key responsibilities: Strong understanding on Architectural principles and Design practices. Design massing study for feasibility of a project. Support and Assist the Project Managers for timely deliverables and fulfilling the compliance of the project as per requirement. Review Architectural, Structural, MEP and Landscape plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations. Relevant knowledge on MCGM norms for all types of projects, i.e. residential & commercial. Understand Site Constraints & advise Site team on the interpretation of plans, recommend changes when necessary. Prepare and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project. Analize building / properties codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. Prepare/ analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same. Develop details, sections and guide team to progress work and follow up closely. Prepare MOM, coordinate schedules, specifications and design reports. Monitoring the progressive work on site and its status. Core Requirements Diploma and Architecture/ B.Arch. with 5 to 6 years of experience Good drafting skills and documentation skills. Well versed with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Power Point Presentations and AI presentation tools.
