Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete

  sales lifecycle

  : lead generation, pitching, closing, and post-sale engagement.
• Build and grow a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking.
• Act as both an

  individual contributor and a team

  lead achieving personal sales targets while guiding and supporting your team.
• Provide hands-on mentorship, training, and direction to BD executives to ensure team alignment and performance.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Bring process clarity, structure, and accountability to the sales function.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
• Track performance metrics and report outcomes to senior management regularly.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience

   in end-to-end business development/sales, preferably in Ed-Tech, Real estate or Hospitality.
• Prior experience in 

  team leadership or mentoring

   roles is essential.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• High ownership mindset goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
