Sr Business Development Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Executive who can lead a team and drive revenue growth while maintaining a founders mindset in a fast-paced environment. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and providing mentorship to a team of BD Executives. Your role will also involve direct contribution towards achieving revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include driving the sales lifecycle, building a strong sales pipeline, balancing individual sales targets with team leadership, offering mentorship to the team, fostering client relationships, bringing structure to the sales function, and representing the company at various events and meetings. Regularly tracking performance metrics and reporting outcomes to senior management will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 24 years of experience in end-to-end business development or sales, preferably in sectors like Ed-Tech, Real Estate, or Hospitality. Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring is crucial, along with strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently, along with a proactive and self-motivated approach, are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards would be an advantage, and a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. This position is based in Powai, Mumbai, with working days from Monday to Saturday.,
