Specialist - Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, evaluate design alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements.
• Create and review high- and low-level design documents.
• Define coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability in the delivered solutions.
• Participate in architecture review boards and contribute to enterprise architecture roadmap.
  

Required Skills (Choose one of the following tracks):

Track 1: Full Stack Architect

• Java, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, MVC)
• React.js, TypeScript
• RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with frontend-backend interaction, component-based design, and modern web frameworks
  

Track 2: Backend/Integration Architect

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
• API Gateway, Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth2/JWT
• Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms
• Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
