Specialist - Architect

You are a Specialist - Architect with 5-10 years of experience in designing scalable enterprise applications. Your role involves designing end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade solutions and leading technical discussions to evaluate design alternatives. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders is essential to align architecture with business requirements. You will create and review high- and low-level design documents and define coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability. Guiding and mentoring development teams throughout the SDLC is part of your responsibilities. Ensuring performance, scalability, security, and reliability in the delivered solutions is crucial, along with participating in architecture review boards and contributing to the enterprise architecture roadmap. If you choose Track 1: Full Stack Architect, you should have expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, MVC), React.js, TypeScript, RESTful API development, and integration. Experience with frontend-backend interaction, component-based design, and modern web frameworks is required. If you opt for Track 2: Backend/Integration Architect, you must have strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, API Gateway, Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth2/JWT, and Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms. Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing is necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, a strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP), exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and strong communication and leadership skills.,
